Keys 2 Equity is a culturally responsive homeownership program that helps individuals and families understand, prepare for, and navigate the path to purchasing and sustaining a home.
The homebuying process can be difficult to navigate, especially for people and communities that have experienced racial and economic barriers to lending, homeownership, and generational wealth. Keys 2 Equity brings education, guidance, trusted relationships, and connections to resources into one supportive pathway.
Homeownership can support stability, community connection, and generational opportunity. Yet information, access, and opportunity have not been equally available. Keys 2 Equity helps close those gaps while giving participants a place to ask questions, receive clear information, and move forward without shame or judgment.
